When you request access or use Refline, we collect the information you give us directly, name, work email, company and details about your revenue motion, plus standard product usage data such as pages visited and features used.

We use this information to operate the service, respond to requests, improve the product and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your workspace content or connected-tool data to train shared models.

When you connect tools (CRM, email, data providers), agents access only the scopes you grant, within the rooms those tools are connected to. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from your workspace settings.

Workspace data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your workspace and associated personal data at any time by contacting us; deletion completes within 30 days except where law requires otherwise.
