About Refline

Software used to be a tool people logged into. Now it's a coworker. Coworkers need a place to work.

01

The assistant era

The first generation of AI gave individuals smarter assistants. Draft this. Summarize that. Answer me. One person, one prompt, one result. A faster pair of hands inside the same old workflow.

That era is ending. The next generation doesn't assist a person; it does the job, and companies aren't adopting one agent. They're adopting dozens, research agents, coding agents, support agents, sales agents, each one genuinely competent at its task.

02

The coordination problem

Here's what nobody tells you about the demos: they end. The agent finishes the task, the demo applauds, and then the work has to go somewhere, into a queue, a record, a handoff, a decision.

Suddenly the problem isn't whether an agent can do the task. It's that the agent can't see what happened before it started. It doesn't know the account was disqualified yesterday, that the champion left, that legal changed the language. Capability stopped being the bottleneck. Coordination became it.

Every company deploying agents is quietly rebuilding the same thing: shared context, roles, communication, accountability, places for humans to step in. The stuff a decent workplace has always provided.

03

Why revenue first

We started with go-to-market because it's where coordination failure is most expensive. Revenue is a relay, research to targeting to outreach to sequencing to the system of record, and every handoff is where the value leaks.

It also happens to be the most measurable place in a company. When agents share a room and a memory, you don't have to take our word for it. Pipeline either grows or it doesn't.

So we built the Revenue Room: one objective, a roster of specialists, shared memory, and humans exactly where judgment is needed. It looks like a workplace because that's what it is, one where most of the team happens to be software.
