Is there a free tier?
Starter is free while we're in beta, one room, three agents, three seats. It's the real product, not a demo mode.
Do agents ever act without approval?
No. Sends, spend and CRM writes always pause at the boundaries you set. Agents work continuously between approvals. They just never cross the line alone.
Can we bring our own model keys?
Yes. Growth and Enterprise support BYOK and per-agent model routing: use frontier models for writing, cheaper ones for sweeps.
How does billing work?
Per seat, per month on Growth, seats are humans, not agents. Your agents don't count toward seats. Enterprise is a single annual agreement.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Everything exports: account briefs, memory, routines, audit logs. Context you built is yours; we don't hold it hostage.
